Jennifer Pirot is President of Pirot Media. She is a highly respected media executive with proven experience generating revenue through business development and new product development, both in traditional and digital media spaces. Her reputation as a solutions-oriented, collaborative problem solver has driven Pirot Media’s rapid success. 


Jen spent 11 years at NBCUniversal, most notably as Senior Vice President of Digital Distribution. In this role, she oversaw digital licensing of NBCU’s stations, networks and regional services to multi-channel and online distributors, including the company's first OTT and social deals. She was also a key player in the development of the company’s overall television content distribution strategy, providing thought leadership and tactical guidance on topics such as content windowing, advanced advertising, and disruptive technologies.  Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Jennifer served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for iN Demand Networks. She was named Cablefax’s Digital Sales Leader of the Year in 2015 and one of its Most Powerful Women in 2014, 2015 and 2021.  Jen received her MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in accounting from Muhlenberg College. 


Jennifer resides on Glen Wild Lake in Bloomingdale, NJ with her husband, son and two goofy dogs. Her husband shares her entrepreneurial spirit, and they own and operate a total of four businesses between the two of them! A dedicated hockey mom, most weekends you’ll find her freezing in an ice rink somewhere in the northeast. When time allows, she enjoys hiking (with the goofy dogs), boating & baking.

Tom is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth of new & existing businesses, establishing / negotiating / managing partnerships, implementing scalable processes, and coordinating cross functional teams to deliver results in rapidly changing environments.  


For the past decade, Tom has been focused on accelerating growth within traditional and digital media companies, with a primary focus on content distribution and monetization partnerships. He has a deep understanding of both digital-native video businesses as well as the legacy television ecosystem.


Most recently, Tom was Executive Director of Business Development at Conde Nast Entertainment (CNE), the award-winning publisher’s digital video division. Prior to CNE, Tom was a key team member of NBCUniversal’s Digital Distribution team, where he led digital partnerships with virtual MVPDs, traditional MVPDs and emerging OTT distributors.


In his spare time, Tom enjoys being an early adopter of new and exciting consumer technology, cycling, skiing, and photography.  He also has a self-diagnosed obsession with watch collecting.
